Russell Frost, Attorney at Law

Russell Frost, Austin lawyerRussell is one of two fifth-generation Texas lawyers—the other being his sister Emily. Russell has represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, personal injury, breach of contract, products liability, property disputes, probate matters, and DTPA and Insurance Code violations. He has worked on over 100 cases from small claims court to federal court, and he handles litigation matters from first demand to trial and appeal. While prosecuting cases for the City of Lubbock, he received favorable verdicts in all jury and bench trials. In private practice, he has represented large insurance companies and a major retailer in a variety of lawsuits. Accordingly, he knows the claims settlement process from the inside. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

A former operations manager at a nationally recognized waterpark, Russell has training and experience in maintaining premises safety and the prevention of accidents. As an attorney, he has defended dozens of premises liability claims. Based on this combination of experience, he is in a unique position to serve the needs of premises owners from major retailers and amusement parks to small businesses and private landowners.

Russell is also a licensed paramedic and has responded to hundreds of emergencies from heart attacks and strokes to fatal car wrecks, fires, dog bites, and work-related accidents. He knows first-hand the pain, suffering, and anguish these single moments can cause over a lifetime. His experience in the field gives him the inside track on working with EMS providers and also prosecuting personal injury claims.
